Brittany is passionate about building real connection, the kind that reminds moms they don’t have to do life alone. She believes community has the power to lift shame, restore confidence, and help women see themselves more clearly through shared stories and honest conversation.
She is open, warm, and encouraging. Brittany creates spaces where moms feel instantly welcomed and where laughter and truth can exist side by side. She’s deeply committed to helping women feel capable again, not by fixing their lives, but by reminding them of their strength and walking alongside them as they find their footing.
For Brittany, Rooted & Ready is about bringing women together — on and off screen — to create community rooted in trust, honesty, and hope. Her desire is for moms to leave feeling lighter, more connected, and confident that they are not alone in the season they’re navigating.
Sara is deeply passionate about creating spaces where honesty is welcomed and no one feels the need to perform. She believes real growth happens when moms feel safe enough to tell the truth about what’s heavy, what’s confusing, and what they’re quietly craving more of.
Her heart for this work is rooted in connection. Sara is drawn to meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and the kind of community where women feel seen, heard, and understood without judgment. She has a gift for listening beneath the surface and helping moms name what they’ve been carrying, often long before they’ve found the words themselves.
